Simplysextoyz.com guarantees that all of the products we sell are of the highest quality and hope that every customer will be completely satisfied with his or her purchase. However, we realize that returns are sometimes unavoidable. If you need to return a product, please refer to the following information: Order Cancellation If you'd like to cancel or change a Simplysextoyz.com order for any reason, please contact us and make sure to include your order number. Contact us as soon as possible. Please know that our order fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has already entered the shipping process. If your order cannot be cancelled, and you are unhappy with it, simply return it according to our 30 day return policy. Simplysextoyz.com reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent.
Returns Within 30 Days If you are dissatisfied with your selection for any reason within the first 30 days of purchase, you may return it for a store credit or exchange. We will, based on your preference, either replace the item free of charge (for defective products) or provide store credit in the amount of your original purchase (excluding shipping and handling). Simplysextoyz.com is not responsible for refunds or replacement shipments on orders where the shipment tracking confirms delivery. If your shipment tracking number confirms delivery but you have not received your package, please contact your carrier. In the event of an undeliverable shipment, we will refund the credit card for the amount of the product purchased only. Shipping charges will still apply. Requesting a Return To inquire about returning a product, email us at customerservice@simplysextoyz.com and provide your name, order ID and a brief description of the problem. We will send you complete instructions on how to return your package. Please be aware that we cannot accept return merchandise that arrives without an RMA number on the outside of the package. Please note that store credits cannot be processed until we have received your returned merchandise. Postage for shipment of returns is the responsibility of the customer. In the case of credit card refunds it may take a full billing cycle for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. We never resell returned merchandise. Fraud Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of any fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50, Simplysextoyz.com will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50. Simplysextoyz.com will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at Simplysextoyz.com while using our secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. Important Note: The Fair Credit Billing Act does not cover liability for automatic debit cards or check cards. At Simplysextoyz.com, we recommend using a credit card rather than a debit or check card when purchasing products online.
